Dear Members:

My name is Anthony Escobar, and it is my privilege to submit my application for consideration to compete for your Scout Executive vacancy. Thank You for this opportunity.

Since 2021 I have served as the Scout Executive for the Inland Northwest Council in Spokane, Washington. I previously served as the Scout Executive in the Caddo Area Council in Texarkana, Texas. This is my sixth council experience, having also served in Fresno, CA; Roswell, NM; Amarillo, TX; and Kansas City, MO.

Throughout my career I have been blessed to work with dedicated volunteers and staff who collaborate to grow our Scouting Movement. The culture and dynamics in each council was different and therefore the road to success has never been the same, but each journey was rewarding for our boys & girls and Scouting families. I believe in creating a movement, not a mandate.
